INVIDE 2023 secretariat would like to invite any expert with a vast innovation
experience, academicians, school teachers, Institute of Higher Learning
lecturers, industrialists and practitioners to become a juror and a part of
INVIDE 2023 organizing family. The number of jurors will be determined based
on the number of participation projects in the area of expertise.

An official appointment letter will be emailed to the selected jurors by 7th May 2023. Only the selected candidates will be notified via email. Please confirm your participation by responding to the URL attached in the email. Kindly take note that the determination of the number of jurors for the particular field will be based on the number of participation product registered.

If the appointed juror wishes to cancel the appointment, kindly email us immediately at invide@unimap.edu.my for us to arrange a replacement.
INVIDE 2023 is a virtual event, thus the jury does not have to present physically for the evaluation. All evaluation process will be carried out virtually through ConfBay System. Evaluation will be done as soon as the complete products are submitted in the system, until 7th June 2023. The guideline for evaluation will be emailed to the successful candidates.
The selected jurors must declare their immediate interest currently participating in INVIDE 2023. The immediate interest is including participation of family members, relatives, friends, colleagues (from the same institution) or students. Failure to do so will result in the disqualification of the entry.
